Can I try SendGrant before I buy a plan?

Yes! You get five free transactions with absolutely no obligation to you!

How long does it take for funds to be delivered?

For all plans, funds are delivered within 4-6 business days

How much does a paid plan cost for SendGrant?

We have two options - (1) Pay As You Go at $25 per transaction or (2) Volume based at $5 per transaction plus an annual fee of $1,000 per year.

Which plan is best for me?

It depends. If you do 50 or less transactions a year, the Pay As You Go plan is probably the most appropriate. However, for organizations doing more than 50 transactions annually, we recommend the Volume plan.

Is there a long term commitment required?

No, SendGrant does not require any long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime without penalty. We also offer a free 5 transaction plan so you can try it risk-free.

What kind of onboarding/implementation is required?

SendGrant is designed to be intuitive and requires minimal setup. Simply fill out your organization’s profile, provide some regulatory information, connect your bank account using Plaid, and you'll be ready to send funds. Our self-serve onboarding typically takes less than 15 minutes.

What types of payments does SendGrant support?

SendGrant supports ACH bank transfers to recipients' bank accounts within the United States. We do not support wire transfers, paper checks, or international payments at this time.

What happens if a payment fails or gets rejected?

If a payment fails for any reason, such as an invalid account number, SendGrant will notify you and the recipient immediately. You can then work with the recipient to correct the issue and resend the payment. 

How are funds and data secured?

Security and privacy are our top priorities. SendGrant leverages bank-grade security protections and does not have access to your bank account details. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our bank partners hold funds securely until disbursed.

What support options are available?

All plans include email support with guaranteed 1 business day response time during standard business hours.

What reporting features are included?

The SendGrant platform provides transparency into all your grant transactions. You can generate reports on payments sent, payments delivered, failures, disputes, and more. 

Can SendGrant connect to QuickBooks?

Not at this time.  But, the integration is in our future plans.

How many grantees can be included in a payment?

There is no limit. You can add as many grantees to the payment as needed.

What is the limit transfer amount for payments?

The default transfer amount is $10,000 per transaction. There is no limit of daily or weekly transactions. If you need a larger amount per transaction, please contact our support team.
